Caprese Salad

Caprese Salad - the perfect dish to serve all Summer long! 
 
You’ll need:
1 x vine ripened tomato, sliced 
1 x Imbers Pantry Fresh Mozzarella ball, sliced 
1 x handful Basil leaves 2 slices of sourdough, roughly torn into pieces 
1 x garlic clove, halved
Extra virgin olive oil Balsamic glaze 
Salt & pepper 
 
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180’C 
2. Place the bread pieces on a lined baking tray, rub with garlic & drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven until golden. Remove & cool 
3. On a plate, arrange the slices of tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves, overlapping each piece as you go. 
4. Top with croutons, drizzle with olive oil & balsamic glaze. Season with salt & pepper
